- High-temperature protective accessoriesQuality and selection of heat insulation boxes, high-temperature brackets and insulation cotton; whether the temperature resistance grade of thermocouple cables matches furnace working conditions. Protective parts block heat conduction and thermal radiation. Failed protection will rapidly cause high-temperature aging of the main board, battery and housing. Thermocouple wires with insufficient temperature resistance may harden, break or suffer insulation damage.
- Operation specificationsWhether the furnace temperature and dwell time exceed the rated parameters of the instrument; cooling method after furnace exit. Over-temperature and over-time operation, as well as rapid cooling by water spray or strong air blast after exiting the furnace, lead to severe thermal expansion and contraction, resulting in housing cracking, solder joint desoldering and component damage.
- Daily cleaning and storage environmentCleaning of residues after each test; temperature, humidity and corrosive substances (solder fume, acid, alkali, moisture) in storage environment. Accumulated dust, solder residues and oil contaminants erode probes and circuit boards. Humid and corrosive environments easily cause circuit board short-circuit and rust of metal parts.
- External force and mechanical damageBumping, dropping and extrusion during transportation and furnace loading/unloading; air flow and vibration inside the furnace; bending of probes; unauthorized disassembly or circuit modification. Mechanical impact damages the housing, connectors and thermocouples. Modifying internal wiring will break the original protection structure.
- Regular inspection, calibration and consumable replacementWear condition of thermocouples, connectors, wiring and ports; whether calibration is performed on schedule; timely replacement of aging wires and damaged insulation parts. Operating with faults accelerates overall equipment wear. Regular calibration ensures accuracy and detects component risks in advance.
- Storage maintenance and accessory qualityMaintenance during long-term idle state (regular power-on to prevent battery depletion); use of original accessories or low-quality substitutes. Inferior insulation consumables and non-original thermocouples have high failure rates under high temperature, greatly shortening the service life of the instrument.
